Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Salmon Evolution ASA (“Salmon Evolution” or the “Company”) published on 12 October 2021 regarding a private placement of 5,541,374 new shares (the “Issue Shares”) towards Cargill.
The share capital increase related to the Issue Shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 15,539,824.45, divided into 310,796,489 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
