It was another successful expo for Salmon Evolution at the world’s largest seafood trade fair — Seafood Expo Global in Barcelona.
Over three busy days in early May, the team met with customers, partners, and suppliers from across the globe.
The event kicked off with a tasting session hosted by Salmon Evolution in collaboration with the skilled sushi chefs from Zuuma, a well-known restaurant in Ålesund.
Their fresh creations, made with Salmon Evolution’s land-based salmon, drew a crowd and helped showcase the product’s great taste.
“Having Zuuma with us again this year really made a difference,” said Chief Commercial Officer Odd Frode Roaldsnes.


“Land-based salmon is still new to many people — One bite says more than a thousand words.” The interest in land-based salmon farming continues to grow, and many visitors were eager to learn more about our sustainable approach.
Salmon Evolution extends a big thank you to everyone who visited their stand, and a special thanks to Zuuma for delivering another unforgettable tasting experience.
The team is already looking forward to returning to Barcelona next year.
