After a successful launch campaign locally, Salmon Evolution is now ready to step up the game and is reaching out to salmon lovers in Oslo, by inviting them to test its responsibly raised salmon.
In November, Salmon Evolution was finally able to present its first salmon products to the market. The company chose to do that in its own home region; the western part of Norway. Following a very strong reception, Salmon Evolution is now calling for the attention and is ready to serve quality-conscious palates in the Norwegian capital, Oslo.
“The launch campaign exceeded all our expectations, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly good,” says CCO Odd Frode Roaldsnes at Salmon Evolution.
A fresh and natural taste, vibrant colour and firm texture are the recurring feedback the company received from customers who tested the product during the launch.
“This is good evidence that the technology we use, with continuous replenishment of fresh seawater and optimal current conditions, helps the salmon to thrive,” Roaldsnes explains.
“What an amazing quality! Perfect for producing both fillets and portions. The colour reminds me of wild salmon.”

And word of that good result has spread. After several requests from consumers in Oslo, Salmon Evolution is now pleased to be able to offer its salmon in nine selected MENY supermarkets and a sushi restaurant in the capital region.

“We are excited to be reaching out to the salmon lovers of Oslo with our brand-new product, sustainably raised on land”, says Roaldsnes. “I hope many people will seize the opportunity to get a taste at their nearest MENY store.”
